Description
'Endeavour' is a beautiful, floating home that would serve equally well as a permanent residence or an idyllic rural escape. A high quality shell build has been expertly fitted out by the owner, a professional joiner, in a contemporary style. The overall result is a luxurious, spacious and light filled space that could just as easily be a high end apartment, but with the advantage of being able to move to other locations, so the views and surroundings can change to suit the owner's needs.
Viewings are arranged by prior appointment only. Please contact us if you would like to book a viewing or have any questions about this vessel.

Accommodation
Access to the interior from the large aft deck is via a pair of steel double doors with a sliding hatch above and a set of hand built solid oak steps. This leads into a spacious ante-room, which would serve well as a boot and coat room, utility room or perhaps a study.A vast, light space unfolds as one enters the open plan living area with a hand built solid wood L shaped kitchen on the port side comprising drawer and open shelf storage, a stainless steel sink and drainer with swan neck mixer tap, under counter fridge, and stove with fully tiled splash back. The rest of the living area is open to be used for relaxation, eating and drinking, casual entertaining, personal exercise space, or even star gazing through the large skylights. Adjacent to the living area is a separate good size second bedroom, study or hobby room. The starboard side corridor continues with access to a large bathroom with a cassette toilet, vanity unit with wash basin and a spacious, fully tiled full height shower cubicle. A very comfortable master bedroom is situated towards the bow with ample room for a king size bed, fitted storage space, partly glazed doors to the foredeck, port hole windows and a cream carpet.
