A super boat with great additional security with attritive steel bars across all windows, a bespoke bar across the stern cabin door that can be locked and opened from inside or out, as well as specialist locks on the bow doors. Ideal for continuous cruising the vast inland waterways network.
The saloon has direct access onto the bow well deck. An open planned saloon with space available for a free standing sofa or armchairs. A multi fuel stove is found to starboard.
A spacious walk through galley with tiled worktops, a freestanding 4 burner gas hob, girl and oven with a glass lid to create more worktop space when not in use. A stainless steel galley sink with drainer, 12V fridge and ample of high and low level storage. A great space to show off those boating recipes!
The bathroom consists of a hip bath, with shower. A hand basin set into a vanity unit with individual hot and cold taps. The original pump out toilet was replaced with a domestic macerater in 2020. There is still the original stainless steel holding tank which can recommissioned to be used as a normal pump out toilet. Alternately if the new owner prefers a chemical porta potti could easily be installed instead.
A relaxing and practical bedroom with a fixed double bed and under bed storage, dressing table, aft and forward wardrobe and storage space.
A Morso Squirrel multi fuel stove on a tiled hearth is located in the saloon, providing ample heat on board, ideal for all year-round cruising. Hot water is produced when the engine is running via the calorifier and a 240V immersion when connected to shore power.
The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the sockets throughout the boat. Fitted with Sterling battery charger to trickle charge the batteries when connected to shore power.
