Powered by an economical Beta B43 4 cylinder diesel engine. Central heating is provided by a Alde gas system and a solid fuel Bubble stove located in the saloon. Hot water is supplied by the central heating, engine calorifier and an immersion. 240V & 12V electrics on board.
Blacked in May 2018, Engine serviced in May 2018, BSS valid to April 2022.

COCKPIT & DECKS
Forward cockpit & aft decks are of steel contrition and are self-draining. Access to the engine compartment is through a Hexagrip panels in the engine room. The weed-hatch is easily accessible through a hinged steel lid in the aft deck.
DECK FITTINGS
Fittings that are part of the shell steelworks include: Traditional cabin edge handrails with safety grip lip, raised guards around the bow, aft; side and forward door skins, midships rope T-bar on the cabin top.
Traditional fittings include: a glazed sapele hardwood cratch board, raised top plank and fitted vinyl cover with zips and windows.
Brass-work: Chimney bands, porthole frames, tiller & pin, mushroom vents, fairleads, 4 strung toe steps.
WINDOWS & DOORS
8 x 13in diameter brass cabin side portholes, 4 of which open in the full height hopper style. Side doors are of steel with double glazed windows and matching timber linings.
FINISHES
Hull: lower hull blacked with bitumen. Gunnel’s: finished in matt black paintwork. Superstructure: Painted black with light grey framing and cream coach lines. Cabin top painted in cream with red handrails. Side decks and cabin top are finished with a anti-slip surface.

10/6/4/4 plating with flat bottom plate. Shell in a traditional style. Two sets of side doors.
GALLEY
Quality Corian worktops. Country Leisure 4 burner 6kW gas hob with spark ignition, flame failure protection and glass lid. Stoves GG2200 combined gas oven and grill. Shoreline 12V larder fridge and chest freezer. Candy Grand full size washing machine.
BERTHS
4 berths in 2 cabins consisting of a 6ft 3in x 4ft permanent double in the master’s cabin located aft which will pull out a further 6in. A 6+ft 3in x 3ft 11in double on a raised Pullman dinette.
HEAD / BATHROOM
Quadrant shower with laminated cubical and curved aluminium & acrylic doors. Integral wash basin in Corian. Sealand VacuFluch pump-out toilet with fresh water flush on a 260 litre holding tank with gauge.
In addition to the solid fuel stove in the saloon there is a Alde gas system central heating system running radiators throughout the boat and a heated towel rail, as well as the calorifier for hot water. The twin coil calorifier is also connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running. An immersion heater is fitted to give hot water via shore power (240V).
Twin alternators: 12V 45A alternator charger 1 x 110Ah (approx.) engine battery. 12V 175A alternator charges 6 x 110Ah cabin batteries. Charging also from a Mastervolt 100A marine charger and inverter when shore power is connected. Mastervolt battery charger.
Solar: trickle charging from 4 flexi ‘walk on’ solar panels fitted on the curve on the cabin top, controlled by a state of the art Steca PR3030 unit.
Independent on board 230V power from batteries via Mastervolt pure sine wave 2500W Inverter/charger which switches to multi-stage change mode when a shore power is connected.
