ELECTRICAL
Alternator charging to 2 x 12v batteries - 90 Amp/hr and 110 Amp/hr. 240v shore power with sockets and power cable. 240v petrol generator (new 2021).

Plastimo bulkhead compass, spare compass, Clipper depth sounder, windvane at masthead, DSC VHF radio, Raytheon 2000 tiller pilot, Garmin EchoMap 705 Plotter, radar reflector, several charts & harbour info, clock and barometer, navigation lights, steaming light and tri-colour light.
SAFETY
Beaufort 4 person liferaft in canister (needs service), jackstay lifelines on side decks, lifebuoy and light, 2 safety harnesses, auto engine fire extinguisher, Pilot gas detector,various heaving lines, Whale manual bilge pump, 2 electric bilge pumps.
DECK GEAR
Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, sprayhood, spray dodgers (2021), boom tent (new and unused), full set of cockpit cushions, boarding ladder on transom, deck ladder, tiller with extension, small whisker pole, 2 Lewmar sheet winches, 2 Lewmar halyard winches, 60' of chain and 8' of 12mm warp, 15lb Bruce with 40' chain and a length of warp, boat hooks, mooring warps, fenders and bow fender.
SAILS
Slab reefing mainsail (newreefs) with stack pack mainsail cover & lazyjacks. Rotostay Genoa roller reefing with No 1 Genoa and new UV strip. Gold anodised Kemp aluminium mast. Stainless steel standing rigging (2003).
DOMESTIC
240v/12v Denver TV. Her galley has a recent gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, Waeco 12/240v portable fridge. Her separate heads compartment has a Jabsco marine toilet (new). Blue fabric upholstery with new curtains and new carpets.
ACCOMMODATION
4/5 berths in 2 cabins. There are 2 “V” berths in the forecabin, separate heads compartment with sea toilet and basin, “L” shaped dinette in saloon forms double berth, starboard side contains galley with gas oven, quarter berth behind galley.
OWNERS COMMENTS
"Narina" was hauled out in July 2021 and a full re-fit and re-paint carried out, she was then surveyed for insurance in August 2021. She is a robust quality motor sailer which has been sailed by her past owners along the East Coast and overseas. Her previous owner fitted a new mainsail and new fridge, her present owner has sailed her from Walton on the Naze. She is currently ashore just outside our office at Titchmarsh Marina!
