Isle of May is one of the most elegant of the range of Princess Yachts as designed by Bernard Olesinski and built in Plymouth by Marine Projects.
This Princess 410 has the advanced interior designs of the period, with attractive woodwork for the interior joinery and a very practical layout.
This Princess 410 has had remarkably little use and been carefully maintained.
Designed and built for comfort and seagoing performance at speed, Isle of May has twin TAM 61A six-cylinder diesel engines with very low hours at 695 as reported in the last Survey of May 2021 complete with careful professional maintenance.
At average cruising speed 14 to 27 Knots, average fuel consumption as reported by Marine Projects is 16 gallons per hour - at just-planing speed 15 knots for economy, this would be rather less, as suggested.
All the usual cruising features are built into this Princess including Cetrek 737 autopilot, Garmin 196 Satnav, depth and speed, plus Icom M601 vhf.
Repeaters and linked engine controls are situated in attractive console both in the deck-house and at the flybridge.
Galley is well equipped with the usual s.s. twin sinks, s.s.cooker, micro- wave and other domestic equipment.
Two en-suite Jabsco toilets (one electric), complete with shower facility and spacious owner's double berth, situated up forward.
Aft deck has seating and fitted covers all round with zip-windows and a table facility, with a large garage area beneath for deck- gear, inflatable andinghyd equipment - there is an inflatable dinghy and outboard included in the inventory.
This Princess 410 offers luxury accommodation and reliable seagoing performance for the discerning buyer.
Offers in the region of £79,000 will be considered by the owner who has now asked us to organise a timely sale for the coming season.
