OWNERS REMARKS
"Miss Cat" has given us a very comfortable live aboard boat in locations over years, Brighton, Chichester and Walton on the Naze. We have enjoyed day sails on the South coast and in the Solent together with overnight stops on the Isle of Wight. The previous owner cruised the boat in the Mediterranean.
As you can see from the above list of "new works" we have extensively renewed and upgraded mechanical equipment, electronic navigational equipment and the internal fittings, fixtures and fabric. The engine and outdrive have been serviced annually, professionally, and all recommendations followed. The major work required by the survey has been carried out.
At our age we now find the boat too much to handle and we are downsizing to a foot motor boat in which we hope to explore the East coast rivers and estuaries.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our ownership of Miss Cat. She will be missed!
