The Dragonfly 800 SW (cruising version) is a cleverly designed cruising trimaran with sparkling performance and sufficient accommodation for weekending and holidays. These versatile craft sport the famous Dragonfly SwingWing system which allows the floats to be folded for easy (and economical) marina berthing. Their offshore credentials were proven by the designer, Eric Quorning, sailing to victory in the 1985 two-handed Round Britain and Ireland Race. They are easy to sail shorthanded with a cruising speed monohull sailors can only dream about and their shallow draft allows full exploration of the shallow waters of the East Coast and beyond. With a lifting centreboard and rudder, they are easily beached and this good example also comes with a road trailer.
