A 50ft 1989 Sagar Marine 5 berth traditional Stern narrowboat.

Victoria No 1. Fitted out on a highly respected Sagar Marine hull, Victoria No.1 is a well maintained boat that is equally suitable for leisure, extended stay or as a live aboard. She comes with all the equipment and deck gear to sail away.

Entering the boat from the traditional stern is the engine room/wet locker. This has space for storage and holds the electrical and engine controls.

Through a door is the main sleeping cabin. This has a fixed double bed and storage in the form of a wardrobe and further space and drawers beneath the bed.

A door leads through to a corridor and bathroom. This is fitted with good sized shower cubicle, Traveller toilet with holding tank and a vanity unit with inset hand basin.

Forward of the bathroom is a dinette that comfortably seats two people. This can also convert to a single bed. A large set of drawers provides storage and there is an opening side hatch for ventilation and light.

This leads to the open plan galley/saloon. The galley is well equipped with a 240v fridge, washing machine, gas oven/grill and separate 4 burner hob. A stainless steel sink and drainer is inset into the worktops beneath which is ample storage in cupboards and drawers.

The saloon has a solid fuel stove centrally positioned and at the fore end are two cabinets one of which has a TV. There is seating in the form of a futon which will also convert to a double bed.

Glazed doors lead onto the front deck which has a cratch frame and cover.
