Accommodation
Offering up to 5 berths onboard in two cabins. Up forward there is the double V berth with a central infill cushion. Good stowage and access to the chain locker. Deck opening hatch with steps. Moving aft you have the separate heads compartment to port with a marine toilet with a small holding tank. Stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water. Shower with pump out. Good stowage. Opposite to starboard are two large hanging lockers with plenty of space & shelving.
Moving into the saloon there is a single berth to starboard with good stowage underneath and behind. Fixed double drop leaved table to centre. To port there is a single L shaped settee berth with a pilot berth above. Again good stowage underneath with a cool box under the forward part.
In the port quarter there is a L shaped galley with twin stainless steel sinks, pressurised hot & cold water. Two burner gimballed Adventurer Voyager 4500 gas oven & grill. The galley has plenty of useful storage and is comfortable to use whilst the boat is underway. Opposite to starboard is large chart table with instruments and control panel. Small quarter berth behind. Wet hanging locker.
The cabin has plenty of light and ventilation. The interior is a mixture of painted marine plywood finished of with Burmese teak and Honduran mahogany. Red upholstery throughout. Eberspacher diesel cabin heating.
Mechanical Systems
Located in a soundproofed engine box under the companionway stairs is the Perkins 4108 fitted in 1982. 53hp, 4 cylinders, shaft driven to a fixed 3 bladed propeller. Fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Single lever controls. Approximately 180 litre fuel tank capacity.
For her age, the engine appears in a fantastic cosmetic condition. The owner has recent serviced the engine. There are plenty of engine spares onboard and going with the boat.

Built by Crandon Marine Construction in 1982 to a design of Alan Pape. Painted red steel hull. 4mm steel plating to hull, deck and superstructure. 6mm plating on the keel. 10mm plating on the keel bottom plate. Cream painted deck and superstructure. Long keel. Keel hung rudder. Hull is insulated with approximately 25mm polyurethane foam. Tiller steering.
