The helm area is air conditioned and it offers a double wide helm seat to starboard with an L-shaped dinette to port.
There is a wet bar with a built in ice maker and refrigerator directly behind the helm seat.
Below decks the open salon has a guest stateroom to starboard and a spacious head to port.
Forward is another dinette to port and the well equipped galley to starboard.
In the bow is the master stateroom with a walk around queen bed, ample hanging lockers, drawers, cabinet storage and a spacious en-suite head with stall shower.

The magnificent 12m has all the features - including a spacious salon, complete galley, plus 2 staterooms and 2 heads with separate shower stall - to please even the most particular connoisseur.
Entering on the large teak swim deck you have stainless steel and teak ladders port and starboard,a Glendinning Cablemaster shore power machine and a cockpit shower. Moving forward into the cockpit area you have a large settee with large lazarette. The Glendinning Cable Master, Magnum Energy Inverter, trim tab pump, steering, and ample storage in this space. The decks are teak overlay on fiberglass decks, with no mechanical fasteners, the decks are chemically fastened with caulking to eliminate leaks. The teak decks are in great shape. The helm has a canvas and eisenglass back drop canvas from the aft end of the hardtop, this area has heating and cooling with Cruise Air reverse cycle air conditoning. There is a comfortable settee with a table that can be used at coffee table height or for lunch at the helm, the table raises and lowers hydraulic-electric.Just push a button and raise or lower the table. The engine room is below the helm teak sole and has ample room to do maintenance with an electrical oil change pump, Racor filters, both engines have filters on the inboard sides, and dripless packing on the shafts the engine room is dry and very tidy.The helm is to starboard with a double helm seat and electical opening hatches in the hard top above. The helm has great electronics including a new RAYMARINE C-90W with a plotter, radar, and reverse angle camera. The reverse angle camera is great to have when cruising you can just look down and see if anything is behind you. The yacht is equipped with a bowthruster for easy docking. Going forward port or starboard you have nice wide walkarounds and the fordeck has a large sunpad under canvas and a great anchoring area with a stainless steel anchor and two lazarettes. From the helm down the stairway you enter a large salon with a VIP stateroom to starboard and the VIP head to port with a shower. The L settee is to port forward of the VIP head and the galley is to starboard forward of wth VIP stateroom. The owners stateroom is forward with an island queen bed with storage below and the ensuite head with stall shower.

Deck and Anchor System
The decks on this yacht are teak with no plugs and screws. The decks are chemically attached to the fiberglass decks to avoid leaks to the core. The decks are in great shape. The anchor system is forward with an electrical windlass and two opening anchor lockers port and starboard of the stainless steel Bruce type anchor. There is a large sunning pad forward of the windshield on the overhead of the salon and forward stateroom. This pad is under cover while underway.

Water Music is equipped with a Glendinning Cable Master with 125/250 VAC connectors for shore connection. She is equipped with a 15 KVA ACME isolation transformer located in the aft lazarette. When away from the dock she has a Muse 9,5 K.W. Genset with remote start/stop. She also has a new Magnum Energy 2000 watt Inverter with Magnum Energy Remote Display/Controller and Magnum Energy Battery Monitor for quiet 125 VAC power. She has 4 Cemmercial 4D lead acid batteries new in April of 2011, (2 engine start 2 house) . She has a seperate thruster battery (new 4D) and genset starting battery (Group 31) also new in April of 2011. She has custom 12 VDC and 125/250 VAC electrical panels in the salon.

VIP Stateroom and head
The VIP is down the companionway stairs to starboard with a large double bed, hanign locker and ample drawer space. You can invite your friend and her husbund and they will feel iike special guests. The head is to starboard down the companionway and has a very innovative shower arrangement to keep the toilet and isn dry while showering. The Technu head is of the highest quality along with the fixtures in the head. This stateroom has a seperate 16,000 BTU Cruise Air unit for heating and cooling.
Owners Stateroom and Ensuite head and stall shower
The owner's stateroom is forward with an ensuite head and stall shower. The Technu tolilet is of high quality and the head fixtures match the quality of the toilet. The Island Queen Bed is extra length and has room for a tall person. The reading lights are well placed to allow one person to read while the other sleeps. This stateroom has a seperate Cruise Air 16,000 BTU reverse cycle air conditioning unit for heating and cooling.

The engine room is below the cockpit sole with a large hatch access is great. The lazarette is aft under the large settee. The in-line six cylinder engines allow access on all sides of the engines and the genset is in a sound box with easy access from the top or sides. The tank maniforld for the fuel is on the forward bulkhead of the engine room and is very intuitive.

Galley, Salon, and Enclosed Helm
The GALLEY in Water Music is very efficient with a two burner cooktop, microwave oven, large 12VDC/120 VAC refrigerator/freezer. There is a large drawer bank and ample storage for cruising. The sink is ample to wash dishes and the area is very well laid out.
The SALON has a large L settee with Stereo CD and AM/FM tuner, flat screen television. The settee will make down to a large single berth. There is a seperate Cruise Air Conditioning (16,000 BTU) unit for heating and cooling in the salon. There is ample storage above and below the settee.
The HELM is a very comfortable area to run the yacht or have a cool drink while at the dock or at anchor. Equipped with a double helm seat and large "L" shaped settee. The Air Conditoning in this area, aft enclosure and hard top allow you to cool or heat this area as necessary. This area has a seperate 16,000 BTU Cruise Air unit for heating and cooling.

This twpo stateroom yacht is cruising luxary at its best. Topsides at the helm is a doublewide seat and "L" shaped guest seating to port and is air conditioned. A wet bar with refrigerator and icemaker plus aft bench seating and built in tables make for easy entertaining. Below decks the open salon has an "L" shaped seating to port across from the galley with a large refrigerator/freezer, stove top and microwave. There are lots of varnished teak cabinet and storage plus a head aft for guests and a private head and stall shower in the owner's stateroom. The Island Queen bed forward make this a wonderful master. Powered with twin 480 h.p. Volvo TAMD74P diesel engines the Cabinato 12 will cruise at 21 knots and top out at around 28 knots and will sip fuel at 10 knots (est. 8 gph)
