The AquaSport Boats brand has its roots in 1964, when it was one of the first ever yards in the United States to build fast center console fishing boats. It quickly established itself as a reliable, market-leading brand, whose boats were refreshingly value-for-money. Throughout the next four decades AquaSport Boats became one of the premier fishing boat brands in the country.

AquaSport Boats—originally named C&S Boats—launched its first model as a 22-foot, modified-vee, outboard-powered center console, and it quickly became a benchmark in the industry. By the time Genmar Holdings purchased the company in 1989, AquaSport was a household name, but its competition with their other brands of small fishing boat was stiff and AquaSport production ceased in 2005.

Yet there was good news finally for this well-loved brand as in 2023, almost 20 years later, AquaSport Boats was re-launched under Twin Vee and Ebbtide Corporation. Twin Vee, renowned for their power catamarans, acquired AquaSport and its huge 150,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in White Bluff, Tennessee, where it is producing five models ranging from 21 to 30 feet.

The heritage of the brand is inspiring the latest model releases, with anglers and adventure-seekers the main target audience. With deep-vee hulls, deep freeboards, cleverly thought-out fishing accessories, and family-friendly extras, they are versatile, rugged fishing boats that offer a dry ride in even the choppiest of seas.

Still in its relaunched infancy, AquaSports Boats is on the rise once again and a brand to watch out for.
