The current owner has endeavoured to maintain this approach - 2020 improvements including the addition of rope cutters, new aft davits carrying an Avon RIB and outboard, new dodgers and aft canvas enclosure/bimini, replacement of all batteries.

GUEST CABIN

FORWARD HEADS

DINETTE TO PORT
Converts to double berth. Hot water cylinder (calorifier) under aft bench seat, stowage under fwd seat.
Escape/ventilation hatch with blind above. Fw tank under floor on centreline, access hatch, pump and connections undeer steps to saloon
GALLEY
Blue Corian worktops. Twin s/s sinks with mixer tap. Wallas diesel oven and twin hob unit. Freezer, fridge at upper level under chart table. 4 ring electric hob, electric kettle and toaster, microwave. Dual lighting. Fw and grey water tank gauges, generator control panel. Range of storage units.
Steps up to saloon/wheelhouse. Command position to stbd., adjacent to sliding door to side deck. Full range of engine and navigation instruments, controls for nav lights, anchor windlass, bow thruster etc.
Height adjustable and pivoting helmsman's seat.
Chart table to port with topical lighting and 12v dock for charging phones, laptops etc. & dock for handheld VHF. Aft of chart table fwd. part of saloon seating converts to small fwd facing settee for use at sea. Otherwise large U shaped settee to port able to seat five or more. Converts to double berth. Folding table for use in saloon or on deck. Range of storage lockers along stbd. side, one of which contains TV and DVD player. Electrical switch panel and instrumentation on aft bulkhead. AFT CABIN
Steps with red led lights, hanging locker above steps on sbd. side.Dressing table and large mirror on fwd. bulkhead. Centre line king size double berth. Range of stowage lockers, comprehensive lighting, opening ports, escape/ventilation hatch to aft deck. Stero radio/cd/ bluetooth with built-in speakers. Ensuite toilet/shower to port. Blue Corian surfaces, electric fan, electric toilet, dedicated shower area with mixer above washbasin, opening ports, dual lighting.
AFT DECK
Accessed via companionway from saloon, double glazed doors. Teak laid deck (Tekdec). Seating for helmsman and navigator. Seating across stern, access to transom boarding ladder and tender. Fwd seats can be re positioned to face aft for socialising, when approx. 8 people can be accommodated. Stowage under aft seats for warps. Navy blue dodgers surround this area providing security and wind protection.
Bridge helm position provides dual controls and repeaters for all main instruments, including extension vhf mic/speaker. Radar arch above helm position can be lowered. Windscreen panels also fold down reducing air draft further.
The entire aft deck area can be enclosed by bimini top and canvas screens.
Engine room is accessed via hatches in the saloon floor. Day fuel tanks (150l. each) outboard of engines. Generator mounted between engines with domestic batteries underneath. Strainers and bilge pump on aft bulkhead
