NOTEKeel was laid in 2016 and the Jamaican Registry states 2016 build year.
The keel for LADY CAROLINE was laid in 2016, with the Jamaican Registry confirming a 2016 build year. The shipyard first commissioned the vessel in 2019, and it was recommissioned for its first owner in October 2022.
Classification: BV Maltese Cross – Hull and Machinery; Yacht-Motors; All Oceans
Year Built: July 28, 2021, according to BV classification papers; however, the keel was laid in 2016 and the vessel was first launched in 2019.
LADY CAROLINE can be boarded via the wide swim platform or through recently added bulwark doors on both port and starboard sides using a Marquipt Tide Ride ladder.
The Aft Deck features ample fixed and loose seating around a fixed table. To starboard, there is a walk-behind bar, while to port, curved steps lead to the upper deck. Centered are electrically operated sliding doors leading into the salon. Between port and starboard cabinets is a newly installed cylindrical two-deck elevator. Further forward, a full-height centered TV cabinet houses a 65” TV, with ample storage on both sides.
Forward are newly redesigned steps leading to the Skylounge and accommodations below. A large Day Head and the companionway to the full beam Master Suite with a king-size berth, large ensuite head with shower and tub, and huge hull-side windows for an unparalleled view at sea are located further forward.
To port on the main deck is a full galley with access to a private cabin on the lower deck in the bow, fitted as a sixth ensuite cabin, suitable for crew if needed.
The main lower deck accommodations can be accessed from the starboard side companionway and the newly redesigned stairs. Below deck are four cabins: two athwartship queen ensuite cabins aft and two double ensuite cabins forward.
The upper deck is accessible via the same redesigned staircase. Starting forward is the large pilothouse with a reverse windshield, a single Captain’s cabin, and a Day Head with a shower.
Next aft is the full beam Skylounge featuring nearly floor-to-ceiling windows, a 74” TV forward, an L-shaped lounge, a walk-behind bar, and the upper elevator landing.
Aft and outside, in the area typically reserved for the boat deck (with the tender stored on the bow), is a large partially shaded deck with loose seating.
Curved steps lead to the Flybridge, which includes a jacuzzi and sunpad aft, a walk-behind bar to port, dining to starboard, additional seating, and a starboard side helm. NOTE: With a gross tonnage of 320, LADY CAROLINE offers the interior and exterior spaces of a yacht in the 130-135’ size range.
Entered via automatic counterbalanced glass entry doors, the salon features a small marble sole entry area for shoes that transitions into Wenge wood flooring throughout the main and upper-level decks.
To starboard is a high gloss wood two-drawer chest, with a matching single drawer chest opposite and the newly installed Savaria glass tube two-deck elevator with a 500 lb. capacity.
Next forward are two new L-shaped settees (new 3/23) with matching stainless and glass coffee tables. A room divider with a pop-up 65” Samsung TV adds a decorative touch, complemented by sheer drapes on the aft door, electric wood blinds on the house side windows, a five-channel stereo system, nine overhead LED lights, and a smoke/fire sensor.
Forward from the salon is the dining salon, separated only by the room divider, which allows an open area when the TV is down. The large stone dining table accommodates eight chairs on the Wenge sole.
Forward, an upholstered bulkhead features stainless steel artwork flanking pocket doors to the galley on the port side and accommodation foyer on the starboard side.
On the port side of the table are four cabinets and three drawers, while the starboard side has matching cabinets, including two glass front drinking glass cabinets flanking a glass front wine cooler.
Over the table is a multi-bulb light fixture, eight overhead LED lights, and a smoke/fire sensor.
The accommodation foyer is located next forward to starboard, featuring a side deck entry pantograph door, a day head, and newly designed stairs leading to the Skylounge above and accommodations below. The owner modified the builder’s design for a more comfortable experience by adding extra steps and changing the direction of the steps below.
Forward to starboard is the entrance to the Master Suite.
Forward and inboard in the entry foyer is a notably large Day Head. A Jets head is situated on a stone sole, with a stone-topped vanity featuring two drawers below and an above-center china sink with a mirror and accent lighting on either side. A hidden panel provides an escape route from the forward lower cabin.
Behind a hinged door to starboard from the entry foyer is the spacious private Master Suite. A long companionway with large hull-side windows features electrically operated wood blinds, four drawers, and a desk area outboard, with five hinged storage lockers above.
Next forward, behind a hinged door, is the Master Suite. The Wenge wood sole continues into this cabin from the aft entry door. The king-size berth is centered with two drawers and LED rope lighting below, featuring an upholstered headboard and acrylic wall décor above. Sconce lights are set into detailed joinery on either side, with a wood ceiling treatment above the berth mimicking its shape and size. The berth itself has an adjustable mattress.
On the port outboard side of the cabin are six cabinets and six drawers that wrap around to form a nightstand, with a padded leather area above and large hull-side windows offering stunning views at sea. Full and sheer drapes operate electrically.
The starboard side mirrors the port side but includes a raised vanity in place of one of the cabinets. Aft is a 55” Samsung TV between two backlit stone panels, with two drawers and two cabinets below. The entrance to the Master Head is on the starboard side, while a very large walk-in locker with two double and two single autolit hanging lockers, several drawers, and two pull-out shoe lockers is located to port.
Additional features in the Master include overhead LED lights, strip lights, digital A/C controls, a custom rug around the berth, a full-size dressing mirror, stereo speakers, a smoke/fire sensor, and a fire alarm horn.

Accessed via a hinged door in the galley and down nine steps with strip lights, storage below, and behind a watertight bulkhead door is the Forward Cabin.
* Of note is the emergency escape door from the other lower cabins leading into the forward stairs to the Galley.
Finished to the same level as all LADY CAROLINE’s guest cabins, this cabin can serve as a sixth guest cabin or, if the yacht charters, as a double crew cabin.
Upon entering, there is a three-door auto-lit hanging locker with one full-length door and two half-length doors, along with three drawers below.
To starboard is a chest of three drawers, followed by a hinged top vanity with a stool. Above are two fiddled shelves and two large cabinets.

LADY CAROLINE is a unique offering. AvA Yachts of Antalya, Turkey laid the keel for this speculative build in 2016. Other projects with owners took precedence over this first Kando 110. Substantially completed in 2020, but not finished until purchased by her first and present owner in 2022, she was named LADY CAROLINE. Hull number 2 has been delivered, and hull number 3 is well underway.
She boasts a 5 or 6 cabin layout with a huge on-deck Master and a very generous Skylounge. She carries a BV “all ocean” Classification.
At 320 GT, she is larger than anything in her class. Outfitted for the new owner but not used due to health reasons, she is very seriously for sale. US Duty Paid.
