The Baltic 37 that we now offer on behalf of the third owner is in over all good condition. Baltic yachts are considered quality ships with comfortable sea behaviour. The lines are based on the former IOR competition rules with the characteristic width amidships and slim stern. The teak deck was completely renewed in 2016 and will last for many years with proper maintenance. The hull is painted gray blue and looks fine. There is a complete set of sails in usable condition. The Volvo Penta, installed in 2004, has had annual maintenance and has run without any problems so far. The interior is solid build and practical. It is striking that there are two sea berths in the belly of the ship. There are also two extra sleeping places on the sofas. There are two-person cabins in both the bow and stern. Upon entering, on the port side is the navigation corner with the necessary equipment. Further back is the head with quality toilet. To starboard is the galley and further aft is the access to the aft cabin. Here you also get to the engine, which is easily accessible for service.
