Description
Built by the renowned boat builder, Barry Hawkins of Baddesley Wharf as a 60' boat for the original owners, a couple from Utrecht in the Netherlands (hence the name!), the boat was delivered in 2002 and it remained based at the Wharf for the next nine years. In 2007, the owners decided to have her extended by 10 feet to add an extra cabin to accommodate a small study and beds for more family visitors, a job that was expertly carried out by the same builder. 'Utrecht' is well equipped for family life afloat 'off grid' and now the hands of the third owners since March 2018, she is offered for sale following their move onto dry land. Viewings are available 7 days a week by prior appointment please.

Construction
10mm welded steel base plate, 6mm hull sides and gunwale, 4mm cabin sides and roof. LPG storage locker in the bow, stainless steel water tank beneath the well deck, hardwood glazed cabin doors, two steel side hatches, twelve brass port hole windows, steel aft doors and sliding hatch, a glazed 'Houdini' hatch, five brass mushroom vents and various brass deck fittings, a pair of roof mounted wooden storage boxes. Internal fit-out in ash and plywood panelling with ash trim and  solid timber flooring. Professionally applied external paintwork in red, blue and cream with hand-painted sign writing. Forward cratch cover in black fabric. The hull was last blacked and anodes updated in 2020.

Accommodation
Forward saloon - Villager solid fuel stove, fitted and free-standing shelving and storage, radiator with decorative cover, port hole windows, hardwood double doors to the forepeak, steps with storage and access to the water tank and domestic pump, free-standing double sofa bed.
Galley -  fitted base and wall units with ample storage, stainless steel sink, mixer tap, granite work top, fridge, hob, microwave, grill and oven, tiled upstand.
Corridor with side doors leads to-:
Dinette - Pullman style dinette that converts to a double berth, privacy curtain, upholstered seating with storage beneath and locker with washing machine, glazed display cabinet, side doors, radiator with decorative cover.
Study / cabin - small office/study area, bunk beds with storage beneath, large storage cupboard and wall unit, TV aerial point, Houdini hatch.
WC & shower - fitted, white tiled shower enclosure, wash basin with storage beneath and mirrored cabinet above, composting toilet, radiator. An electric macerator toilet was originally installed and the waste holding tank is still located in position beneath the bed in the master cabin.
Master cabin - fitted double bed with a privacy curtain, storage and WC waste tank beneath, overhead locker with reading lights, full height wardrobe locker, corner cupboard, radiator with decorative panel, port hole windows, door to the engine room.
Engine room - access to the engine, batteries and bilge, locker containing engine control panel and electrical systems, doorway and hatch to the stern.
LED lighting, port hole windows and electrical plug sockets throughout.

Engine
Barrus Shire 45hp 4 cylinder diesel engine coupled to a shaft drive via a PR150 D2 gearbox and fitted with a single lever engine control.

240v shore power connection, RCD unit, plug sockets throughout the boat.
