luebell VIII is for sale with the option to take over her highly sought after, fully transferable, residential mooring at Limehouse marina.

Successfully surveyed in November 2022 and re-blacked in November 2023, she has been completely refurbished internally by her current owners over the past 18 months who are only selling due to relocation abroad.

From her spacious, semi-traditional rear deck with it’s canopy and built in seating with cushions, going below one enters her fully equipped galley. Her current owners regularly work from home using the fold out table which doubles as a dining table in the saloon. A sofa bed allows guests to stay onboard and the powerful multifuel stove also heats a separate radiator. Her new bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and cassette w.c.

There is hanging space and further storage in the bedroom and the full width double bed has a mattress which folds into thirds. The bed base then cleverly separates into two halves, giving a central passageway to access the bow of the boat. On the bow deck, protected by it’s cratch cover, is ample space to sit and enjoy the wonderful marina views.

Mooring fee

To keep this boat on her Limehouse mooring, a one-off Transfer of Mooring is payable of 7.5% + VAT of the price paid for the boat. The transferable, fully residential 12 month annual Mooring Fee is then £11,260 (single payment). There are options to spread this cost over quarterly and monthly payments.
