Bavaria 40 Ocean Overview

The Bavaria 40 Ocean is a spacious, safe, and affordable blue water cruiser. Ocean Breeze has been lovingly cared for in her current ownership and presents in a clean condition. Her superb interior boasts a large owner's cabin to aft with plenty of stowage for extended periods onboard.

Accommodation

Offering up to 6 berths in a two-cabin layout with 6ft+ headroom throughout. Features include:

• Mahogany interior joinery
• Teak & holly effect laminated soleboards
• White vinyl head linings set into white GRP deckhead moulding
• Blue upholstery throughout
• Webasto cabin heating

Up forward, there is a guest cabin with a large double berth, hanging lockers/cupboards to port and starboard, and a small seat to port. In the saloon, there are two single settee berths on either side of a folding leaf table. Lockers and bookshelves are available to port and starboard, with good stowage beneath the port settee and outboard of both settees. The forward-facing chart table is to starboard aft of the saloon with a dedicated white vinyl covered navigator's seat, chart stowage, and further stowage in drawers and lockers. The galley is opposite to port, in the walkway through to the aft cabin, featuring:

• Gimballed gas stove with laminate cover
• Twin stainless steel sinks with hot & cold pressurized water supply
• Stowage for pans, crockery, and food
• Top opening refrigerator

The aft cabin comprises a large island double berth with seats to port and starboard, a high-quality mattress, full-length hanging lockers to port and starboard, and a further large cupboard to port. Tankage is beneath the berths, with access to steering gear and the rear of the engine cavity. The ensuite heads can be accessed from the aft cabin and from the saloon, featuring:

• GRP module with moulded floor
• Stowage in lockers
