The 5288 Bayliner Pilothouse is a significantly more substantial boat than her other sisters from this brand: she clocks in at 47,560 lbs dry and sports a 16' beam. Her construction methods incorporate the use of syntactic foam between the layers of woven fiberglass on the hull sides to enhance rigidity - there's no wood in the hull sides or bottom of this boat. Her underwater gear boasts large rudders and 3" stainless steel shafts - this is one beefy Bayliner!

This three-stateroom, two-head layout offers BIG BOAT accommodations while still feeling manageable for a couple to handle. She uniquely offers an open view from the salon to the pilothouse, giving a light and airy feel throughout. She offers wide walk-around side decks, making it easy to negotiate fore and aft, and her interior access from the Pilothouse to the Flybridge is yet another example of how amiable access is throughout the entire vessel.

This particular 5288 has many upgrades and enhancements that you need to step aboard to truly appreciate all of them - but be warned: once aboard, you might find yourself never wanting to disembark!
