With striking lines and a cool-looking black/red hull livery, combined with the much-vaunted pronounced ‘BeamForward’ bow profile and top speeds of some 50 knots from the the powerful Mercruiser power unit, the VR6 definitely makes a statement. Remarkably however for a 22-footer she also manages to provide plentiful space for sun-lounging, a wraparound windshield and a variety of fore and aft facing seating for socialising. Shammu has a deep, self-draining cockpit and high freeboard for secure riding - this example even boasts a small heads/changing facility within the portside console.
