This 2011 Beneteau First 40, designed by Bruce Farr does an admirable job of combining performance from a truly fast hull with a stylish interior. This cruiser/racer's interior has been finished in the Alphi blond oak which adds a touch of class and comfort throughout the vessel. This yacht has been owned by the current owners since June 2020 and is being sold due to on-going health issues. The vessel has always been owned by a VAT registered company and thus would make an ideal yacht to place in a charter company.
Accommodation :

The interior of this Beneteau First 40 is extremely well thought-out and makes use of all of the available space.

Forward Cabin:

The forward cabin offers a V-berth with a dressing chair and small hanging locker. The forward berths have storage beneath. It is like and airy with its opening deck hatch and side portholes.

Heads:

The heads is aft of the forward cabin and to starboard. It has a stainless steel sink in a vanity unit with storage beneath .Marine toilet with electric flush and holding tank. It has hot and cold pressurised water to the sink and also shower. The heads is spacious for a yacht of this size.

Saloon:

Aft of the heads is the main saloon. It has lost of storage space in the lockers above and under the two single settee berths. It has a centre-line table that opens up to allow a great dinning space. The boat whist being light and airy also benefits from a Webasto diesel cabin heating system with outlets in all cabins and heats which provides a cosy feel to the yacht/

Galley:

Aft of the saloon and to port as you come down the companionway is the galley. It has been well designed with a stainless steel sink facing forward, a good sized 12V icebox/fridge, with a new two-burner gas stove with oven and grill and cupboards for utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Navigation Station:

There is a wraparound navigation station opposite the galley which has lots of space and room for a laptop computer and room for navigation instruments.

Aft Cabins:

There are two mirror aft cabins with double berths with storage beneath and hanging lockers. Again these aft cabins are light and airy due to the number of port holes.

Cockpit:

Steps from the saloon take you up to the spacious cockpit area which has several lockers for storing fenders and equipment. It has a large central aft wheel which helps to keep the cockpit clear.
