All the work carried out has been carried out by qualified people and certified. The work carried out is from the keel up and is as follows.
1. The hull sand blasted to remove layers of old antifouling, hand sanded and received epoxy treatment and 2 coats of antifouling.
2. New cutlass bearing and new sacrificial anode.
3. Below the water nylon skin fitting replaced, position, facing forward, left hand side near the transom.
4. Transom shower and tap, housings replaced.
5. Black water container removed cleaned and replaced with new pipes and clips Y fitting and through hull discharge valve.
6. Toilet and wash basin pipes and tarnished clips replaced where required.
7. Two replacement fire extinguishers with pressure gauges one fitted in the for cabin one in the galley. Gas cooker supply pipes replaced to meet current specification.
8. Four unused Self inflating Life jackets serviced with certification certificate.
9. Sails two years old approximately and in good condition shape adjustment carried out and tested by Waypoint.
10. Sale will also include a new two person dinghy.
