Construction and Mechanical
Construction. GRP white hull and superstructure. The hull and deck is constructed from single skin GRP with additional stiffening provided by a bonded GRP sub moulding as well as plywood partitions and bulkheads to give an overall structure. The keel is constructed from cast iron which externally hung being through bolted at the GRP hull shell. The spade rudder is constructed from hollow GRP being manufactured in two sections and along the centreline featuring an integral GRP stock. Three cabin, two heads, and bow thruster. Mechanicals VOLVO D2 55HP, fresh water cooled. Shaft driven to a 3 Blade folding propeller. 7 knots cruising. 9 knots max speed. Annual Services. New Engine starter in 2016. Bow Thruster. Electrical 5 x 12v batteries, 4 domestics 1 engine start. Charged via engine alternator and 220V battery charger. Full 220volt AC shore power system with cable.
