Accommodation :AccommodationBelow decks has unbelievable headroom for a 25 footer. The main saloon is accessed via sliding hatch and two opening doors. three steps down and you are in the saloon. To starboard is the interior helm with steering position, engine start panel, throttle and 12V switch panel. At the steering console is the brackets for the VHF radio and the colour Garmin Plotter.
Aft of the helm position is a quarter/pilot berth. Opposite the helm is the portside saloon seating area. This is meant to sleep 2-persons top to toe but is more suitable for single occupancy. Forward of the helm on the starboard side is the galley with stainless steel sink with hand pumped water. There is a brand new Kampa RoastMaster gas oven with 2-burner hob and grill. 2 Bottle gas storage in cockpit. Larder behind oven.
Heads compartment to port with moulded sink with hand pumped water. Jabsco marine toilet with pump handle. Privacy door.
Forward cabin with double V-berth. Hull interior is fully lined. for comfort. 12V lighting throughout. Eberspacher diesel heating.

Engines & ElectricsVessel is powered by a reconditioned Volvo Penta 2002, 18hp inboard diesel. This was installed in 2018. Sail drive nit with new seal replaced at same time. 2-bladed fixed propeller. Single lever engine control in cockpit with forward and reverse gearing.
Engine is well maintained with recent oil and filters. There is a bank of 2X12V batteries providing engine start and domestic power. Batteries are fitted with a rotary style isolator/selector switch. Batteries recharge via engine alternator or the portable onboard charger.
