"WELL DONE" is an excellent example of a quality Burger Motoryacht. Manufactured by Burger Yachts in Manitowoc, WI in 2000 and designed by Don O'Keefe, Burger is internationally known as one of the finest custom boat builders in the world. The yacht features a (4) stateroom and (6) head layout, with a mid-ship full beam master accessed through a private staircase in the salon. "Well Done" has recently completed a nearly (2) year refit process, upgrading, servicing, and replacing all critical systems onboard as needed. The entire yacht was completely repainted from the waterline up, and the bottom was stripped and recoated with barrier coat and bottom paint. All running gear was removed, serviced, and reinstalled. A full new Garmin electronics suite was installed into a newly redesigned dash, along with a new Nobletec / Time Zero computer system. For entertainment, the AV equipment was upgraded, and all new TVs were installed. The interior features re-upholstered sofas and settees, re-varnished wood, and repainted walls. New teak and Holley Amtico flooring was installed in the aft deck, heads, and areas around the lower helm settee. Custom-made linens and bed coverings were added, and all interior carpeting was replaced. Externally, all new soft goods were installed, and a new Bimini was added for shade. The davit system was completely rebuilt and repainted, along with the included 14' Nautica rib tender. As an added bonus, included in the sale is a completely refit 2010 18' Boston Whaler Dauntless, which was stripped and painted to match "Well Done" and fitted with a brand new Mercury 150HP outboard, along with all new electronics and soft goods.
This yacht and tender package will surely impress the most discerning buyer and leave nothing to be desired. The owner and captain of "Well Done" have a well-established long-term relationship, having worked together for the last 20 years. It is very hard in today's market to find such a well-cared-for and meticulously maintained yacht as "Well Done". The entire refit process is well documented, and meticulous records are available. A very detailed and well-documented refit took place during 2021 and 2022. An assessment of the yacht was made after purchase, and every single recommendation was repaired or replaced during her refit/yard period. "Well Done" is configured with a 100 amp shore cord running from the aft deck to dockside and (2) 50 amp shore cords running from the bow to dockside, with all cords running to a Main Switch board panel located in the aft engine room that further connects to (5) distribution panels. The aft cord has been replaced and extended to 100'.
