This two owner fresh water yacht is a true sailing gem.
Sailing performance is the ultimate goal. The hull shape is a development of the proven, race winning C&C 40, Custom 39, and Custom 41. A powerful rig and high stability promise speed and control over a wide range of wind speed and direction. The under water volume is carried well forward and reduces the yachts tendency to bury the bow when heavily pressed.

A powerful rig and high stability promise speed and control over a wide range of wind speed and direction. The under water volume is carried well forward and reduces the yachts tendency to bury the bow when heavily pressed. Rudder and keel foils are highly efficient and balanced with rig and hull, using the most advanced computer analysis. The reduced 6' draft keel/bulb configuration (see page 4 for detailed explanation) has not noticeably affected performance. In fact, on some points of sails Jubilee seems to perform better! Jubilee is a very clean and well-kept example of one of the best racer/cruiser designs of all time. As one of the last C&C 41s built, she incorporates many of the design improvements that came about including the enclosed aft cabin. Jubilee has enjoyed a constant program of regular maintenance and upgrading by a knowledgeable owner that spared no expense to keep her in top shape. She is a ruggedly built performance cruiser, ready to take you anywhere, and do it quickly in comfort and style.

Jubilee's forward cabin has a large V-berth and storage areas running the length of the berth. A closed Cell Foam Mattress with Tempurpedic Topper was installed just 8 years ago. The one-piece molded head compartment is next to starboard. It has a VacuFlush head, vanity with sink and pull-out shower head, as well as a medicine cabinet, clothes hamper, and storage locker. The hanging locker to port is full-height and generously sized. The portside settee is comfortable for sitting or sleeping. Above the port settee is
an entertainment center, with a TV/VCR/DVD on the Starboard bulkhead and Stereo, shelves, and a large cabinet. The aft-facing navigation station has plenty of room to mount electronics on two faces, a full-sized chart table, and storage drawers below. The starboard settee is U-shaped and provides seating for eight adults. Both Settees convert to double berths. The fixed double drop-leaf dining table, mounted on centerline, can be used by crew sitting on either settee. Outboard to starboard above the Settee is a pilot
berth which can be utilized as a safe, comfortable bunk at sea, or for additional storage. The galley, located aft of the dinette, is very large. Storage abounds in deep cabinets and drawers. The refrigerated icebox, propane stove, microwave, and tons of counter space facilitate the feeding of a large gang of friends. Opposite the galley is the aft enclosed cabin which features a double berth, a changing seat, hanging locker, and lots of storage shelves. Again, the mattress has a custom Tempurpedic Topper. There are turbo Fans (4) in both cabins as well as the Salon. Oiled teak interior, Varnished teak and holly sole.
The hull laminate is a complex and highly engineered structure of balsa-core and triaxial cloth. The non-woven fibers of triaxial cloth laminates trap less resin. High glass to resin ratios provide exceptional strength without unnecessary weight, while complex loads in the hull itself are more easily handled by the fiber orientation. Faired keel and rudder; 6' 3” draft Mars Metal designed bulb conversion in 2005. This reduced the keel draft 22” from 7’10” to 6’ 3”. Trinidad S/R Pro is the present bottom paint. In 2017 the bottom was sandblasted and 3 coats of Pettit Pro and 2 coats of Trinidad S/R was rolled onto Jubilee’s bottom. "Aristo" Blue Awlgrip was added in 2003, C&C 44’ style teak treaded swim ladder, and a stainless steel bow anchor roller.
