Sail La Vie is an extremely rare Cabo Rico Northeast 400 pilothouse motor sailor. And this girl is far from sluggish – the Northeast has been known to sail at 9 knots and her Yanmar engine can provide cruising speeds of 8 to 10 knots. A real show stopper, Sail La Vie is in excellent condition inside and out, with many updates including a full complement of sails within the last three years.
