The logical design development was to turn this superb racing boat into a comfortable performance cruiser racer, and 1977 led to the redesign of the cockpit, coach roof and interior accommodation to produce the Carter Concubine, for sale in this listing.
The Carter 33 Concubine was produced at North your yacht Limited at Itchenor, near Chichester in Sussex - a yard that has established a worldwide reputation for the moulding and finishing of quality yachts.
The Carter Concubine was not a mass production boat and was produced in limited numbers to an extremely high standard, with a result that the joinery work inside the boat is on quality not found in other production yachts of the era.
