The Chris Craft 427 Catalina Double Cabin is a safe and strong family yacht. The Catalina is also a traditional yacht: wide beamed and seakindly, with enough room for the whole clan to cruise comfortably. The Catalina line features the use of finished red oak on all interior surfaces.


Vessel Walkthrough

ACCOMMODATIONS:

The owner has replaced all the flooring with beautiful floors. The original parquet flooring remains in the galley area. The interior valances and mini-blinds match perfectly. The interior woodwork is beautiful with no evidence of leaks and all cabinet doors are louvered. Entering the boat from either the port or starboard entries you enter the large aft deck where there is plenty of room for outside entertaining with a (2) wicker chairs, coffee table and a bench seat with storage. Port and forward is a cabinet with plenty of storage. The aft deck coaming is fiberglass boards with black acrylic panels aft. The side decks are quite large and allow easy and quick access completely around the vessel. From the aft deck and up two steps is the large flybridge with ample seating for a crowd. Two Todd helm seats allow a panoramic view and guest seating is to port with a U-Shaped settee. From the aft deck and through the thick acrylic door you enter the main salon. The main salon is extremely open and bright with large windows and neutral colors. Along the port side is a L-Shaped settee, to starboard is a matching chair and entertainment center. Aft and to starboard is the entry into the master stateroom. The master offers an amidships queen berth. The master has two large, cedar lined, hanging lockers, great drawer storage spaces, a built-in vanity and a large head with separate shower and bathtub. From the salon and down a few steps forward are the C-Shaped dinette to port and the L-Shaped galley to starboard. The galley has complete appliances and the space for both storage and cooking will please any discriminating chef. All the way forward is the guest stateroom with a centerline queen berth. To port is a separate head and shower while the vanity is open in the stateroom to starboard. The guest stateroom has hanging lockers and ample storage spaces.

GALLEY:

An impressive galley and dinette spaces have been outfitted for extended cruising will please the onboard chef. A breakfast bar area in the main salon on the port side looks down upon the galley and dinette.
