Built by Multiplast, Influence is a fantastic example of a VPLP Clak 40. This high performance and reliable boat has been campaigned in 2022 in Les 1000 milles des Sables and went on to achieve a 1 st in the Round Ireland Race. She was no stranger to the podium in 2023 placing 3rd in the Massilia Cup and the Rolex Middle Sea Race whilst her sister ship won the 2023 50th Anniversary Fastnet Race.

She has three separate ballast tanks per side to optimise trim and with the mast stepped behind the keel this allows for excellent balance and control from the lifting twin rudders.
This Clak40 is the only generation of Class40 that meets the European accident keel crash requirements and has been designed to be sailed safely in any weather and sea. Influence has been maintained by 2 full time professional personnel and has been equipped and maintained to the highest standards with no expense spared.She is priced extremely competitively andcomes with a comprehensive and detailed inventory including new Z Spars carbon rigging, new engine and new North Sails.
