Twin screw motor yacht built in Conwy, North Wales, in 1965.

Excellent for river cruising and live aboard, she has also been used in the Bristol channel in present ownership.

Bought in 2011 by the current owner, a major refit was carried out immediately preceding that which including a complete new deck. The hull was stripped to bare wood and very few issues discovered.

Since then a new transom was constructed in 2017 and the boat totally re-wired in 2021. The starboard engine was rebuilt with a new gearbox.

At 32’ she offers a lot of space and volume for the length with a large covered aft cockpit, good headroom and generous beam. 4 berths is ample for a boat of this size and type, and with most of the living time spent in the cockpit with its excellent tent, this boat has more than enough space for a liveaboard boat and long term cruising.

Construction Hull

Carvel planked in larch of 7/8” thickness all copper rivet fastened to steam bent oak timbers.

Frames of 1.5” x 0.75” @ 7.5” centres.

Sawn oak floors across the centreline. Oak centreline construction.

New transom in 2017 using double skin teak, varnished externally.

Internal ballast only.

Decks and Cockpit

New deck in 2011 of marine plywood sheathed externally in epoxy glass cloth.

Deck laid on oak deck beams.

Stainless steel stanchions all round with a heavy oak rubbing strake set just below the deck level.

Aft cockpit with teak coamings and spacious seating all round. Removeable canvas tent over the cockpit on a stainless frame helps create a large dry space during inclement weather, but can be opened to the sunshine when the weather allows.

Superstructure

Varnished teak superstructure with alloy framed windows.

Full custom made canvas cover for the wheelhouse and coachroof helps protect the varnish and keep the boat dry.

Machinery Engines

Twin Perkins 4107 48hp diesel engines.

Single lever controls for the gearboxes to handed 3 blade bronze propellers.

Cruising speed of 7 knots.

Starboard engine and gearbox overhauled.

Tanks

450 litres of diesel in 2 stainless steel tanks under the aft side decks.

300 litres of fresh water.

Batteries and Electrics

6 x 12 volt batteries for engine starting and domestic use.

Boat re-wired completely in 2021.

Sterling 240 volt battery charger for shore power charging. Galvanic isolator fitted.

Sterling 1000W sinewave inverter.

Accommodation Berths and Headroom

4 berths including 2 singles in the fore cabin and a double in the saloon formed by dropping the table in the dinette seating.

General Description

Large wheelhouse and aft cockpit area that is covered by a canvas tent giving a very comfortable living space in all weathers.

Step down from the companionway into the main cabin with galley to starboard and dinette seating to port.

The dinette table can be lowered to create a double berth. All recent upholstery.

Centreline door going forward with a heads compartment to port.

Another door into the forecabin which has 2 good sized comfortable single berths with a hatch above.

Galley

Single stainless sink with pressurised cold water and a Nelson Techma 2 burner gas stove with oven and grill. 12 volt fridge.

Heads

Jabsco manual sea toilet discharges into a waste tank. Hand basin opposite to starboard.
