Wooden Ships Comments on this Buchanan Viking Sloop
This yacht was designed by the very well respected Alan Buchanan. She has been in the present ownership for 5 years and has been sailed mainly single-handed around the South West coast. She had a major refit in 2010/11 and a 2014 survey found her to be structurally sound, and all recommendations have been carried out, including new 12v electrics/switch panel throughout, new prop, chain plates and full electrical bonding.
