The first model to be developed and built by Solaris, the CNB 88 is the latest addition to the CNB family. Naval architect Philippe Briand and designer Jean-Marc Piaton have conceived this yacht as the big sistership to the CNB 76, in the same family spirit, with the same simplicity of use but with larger volumes and a refinement advanced to the tiniest of details.
The vocation of this yacht is to offer a vast capacity for receiving guests, thanks to her spacious owner's cabin and three equal-sized guest cabins. The crew also enjoys generous volume in the aft part of the hull, with 2 double cabins that can be equipped with separate or double beds. A dedicated access has been arranged via the galley for optimal crew operation. With her exclusive marine interior, thanks in particular to the woodwork that leaves no visible joins, the CNB 88 takes the concept of the elegant ocean-going yacht even further. Equally at ease in on transatlantic passage as on the racecourse, her balance at the helm is the result of the stability of her hull shape and her stiffness under sail. Her cockpit gives the impression of floating in the air on a minimalist structure, yet guarantees uncompromising comfort with high backrests, multiple storage spaces and excellent protection. There is no longer a boundary between inside and outside, as the saloon is bathed in natural light. The windows of the famous Briand-designed coachroof are as magical as ever, and to enhance the feeling of space, a glazed strip has been fitted overhead in the ceiling and the aft bulkhead has been made transparent. A modern and balanced hull with a wide stern and taut lines, luxurious and seaworthy layout, all define the CNB 88. The CNB 88 meets the challenge of offering everything you would expect from a boat over 90 feet in length while remaining very easy to sail.
