Linnea is a well-maintained 60’ Semi Trad Narrowboat, built and fitted out by renowned boat builders Colecraft Engineering in 2012. Designed in the popular reversed layout, this Narrowboat features a spacious saloon with freestanding armchairs and an L-shaped dinette. A walkthrough galley with Corian work surfaces, a bathroom with a pump-out lavatory, and the master cabin is found forward with direct access onto the bow well deck. Powered by an economical Beta Marine 43hp 4-cylinder engine. A Vetus bow thruster is fitted for enhanced maneuverability. Central heating is provided by a diesel-fired Webasto unit and multifuel stove. Hot water is supplied by the central heating, engine calorifier, and 240V immersion. The boat has 240V & 12V electrics on board. The hull was last blacked in June 2024, and the BSSC is valid until August 2028. The engine was last serviced in January 2024. The hull is due to be surveyed in preparation for brokerage. A full portfolio of maker’s operating instructions and a full-service history is available. At 60ft, she will comfortably take you cruising throughout the waterways network. Please call Pyrford Marina to arrange a viewing.
Entering the boat via the central stern doors leads into a bright and light cabin space. An open planned saloon consists of two armchairs opposite a multifuel stove with built-in log stores either side. The armchairs could be swapped with a sofa bed accommodating an extra two berths if required.
A built-in L-shaped dinette can comfortably seat four crew around the table to dine. This area can also be made into an additional double berth with storage space found below.
A walk-through well-equipped galley boasts Corian work surfaces and bespoke kitchen cupboards and cabinets. A moulded kitchen sink with a stainless-steel mix tap, a surface-mounted Thetford four-burner gas hob with a glass lid to fold down when not in use, increasing the worktop surface area. A built-in Thetford gas grill and oven, below a Thetford 12V fridge with ice box. Eye level 240V microwave. Under counter 12V freezer and 240V Candy 6kg washing machine. Ample useful storage cupboards and drawers. A starboard side hatch allows additional light and ventilation into the cabin.
The bathroom utilises all space available with a good size shower enclosure, opposite a pump-out toilet and a vanity unit with a ceramic hand basin.
A relaxing and practical bedroom with an across width double bed with ‘his and hers’ chest of drawers, LED reading lights, and a large wardrobe. The master cabin has direct access onto the bow well deck which has been fitted with a full cratch board and canopy.
