ELECTRICAL
Alternator charging to 2 x 12 volt heavy duty batteries. (Batteries new 2018 & 2021). Shore power.
NAVIGATION
Plastimo contest compass, VHF radio, echo sounder, windspeed direction, FM/AM radio, clock and barometer, GPS, radar reflector, LED navigation lights, steaming light and tri colour masthead light.
SAFETY

DECK GEAR

SAILS
Mainsail with green mainsail cover. Genoa roller reefing system with furling No 1 Genoa. Spinnaker. All lines led aft to the cockpit. Alloy mast and boom and stainless steel standing rigging. Mast and boom by Z Spars in 1997. Standing rigging renewed 2016/7.
DOMESTIC
Eberspacher hot air heating system. 240v shore power. Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, pressure water supply to the sink is from a 20 gallon tank. Her separate heads compartment has a marine toilet with 20 gallon holding tank. Blue upholstery, curtains.
ACCOMMODATION:
There are 4 berths including 2 “V” berths in the forepeak and a small double saloon berth.
OWNERS COMMENTS
The Watson hull was based on the Scottish fishing boat design by GL Watson and has proved to be an excellent sea keeping shape. She benefits from heating and has mast raising & lowering gear and recent standing rigging. A survey report has been carried out in May 2023, there are quite a few smaller jobs to be carried out, hence the attractive asking price.
