Remarks :
This 1972 Victory 40 has a traditional long keel and is a classic yacht capable of long distance cruising. She is a Van de Stadt designed ketch and is powered by a 72 hp Perkins diesel engine. Her layout consists of a centre cockpit, aft cabin, saloon, forward cabin, galley, chart table and twin heads. "Soubrette" is Irish Registered (Cork) and has been laid up ashore for a number of years. She is a fine boat but does require a reasonable amount of work before going to sea but her asking price reflects this. She is deemed E.U. VAT compliant.

Broker's Comments
This Victory 40 has nice lines and had been in regular use up to 2019. She has been laid up ashore since then and does require some work to prepare her for the sea again. However her very competitive price reflects this.
