The Contessa 35, a develpoment of the successful One Tonner racer into a popular cruiser racer with conventional aft cockpit and coachroof.
This example has been very well maintained by her two owners' from new. I have never seen a better example. She's been stored ashore for 7 months for each of the past 26 years.

Construction
From the same hull mould as the original and most competitive DougPeterson-designed and Jeremy Rogers-built One Tonner - Gumboots.
GRP hull and deck incorporating both woven rovings and uni-directional mat rather than just chopped strand mat. Deck is end-grain balsa sandwich.
Lead fin keel with spade rudder - and wheel steering, giving more space in the cockpit.
The teak seating in the cockpit was replaced in 2016. Teak interior joinery

Down below she'll sleep 7 including the forecabin which can be used as a double or 2 singles. There is also a ladder for use with the forehatch.
A generous and deep saloon with large table, 2 sittee berths and 2 pilot berths.
The 7th berth is a pilot berth to starboard - just aft of the forward facing nav station.
Good sized comfortable galley to port incorporating a 2-burner Plastimo gas cooker with grill and oven. There are 2 cold boxes one of which contains a small 12v cooler. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water.
Heads is made from a complete separate moulding so is easy to keep clean. Great storage. Lavac sea toilet with hot & cold pressurised water to the hand basin and shower head.
