The owner is spending more time outside of the country and the boat is not getting used, hence he would like a quick sale and is prepared to sell for a final/minimum offer of £9,995, based on the vessel's current condition - Priced to sell as is!
Known defects have been noted below:
ENGINES
Port engine - Leak on oil filter housing – spare/used filter housing is available but needs installing.
Port engine – Engine cuts out intermittently – suspect possible fuel problem.
Port engine – The Cooling water thermostat is permanently open – needs a replacement thermostat.
Starboard engine – Hydraulic leak at rams for the stern drive.
The boat was last lifted ashore in December 2020 where she was antifouled - She would benefit from coming out soon for a re-application and engine works.
The engineer at Boatcare Conwy has recently worked on the boat and is aware of the defects.
