Boat Overview

Located on Cape Cod in MA, this boat features a spacious layout and is powered by twin Cat 3208TA diesels.

As of September 2024, the seller is considering all offers.

Flybridge and Cockpit

The flybridge accommodates seating for 6 to 8 people, positioned forward of the helm and includes a wet bar. Access to the boat is via a large swim platform through the gated transom, leading to a large cockpit. There are six stairs on both port and starboard sides that provide access to the flybridge, offering commanding views and a helm with excellent sightlines.

The seating behind, to starboard, and forward of the helm is upholstered and shows no signs of UV damage or split seams, indicating it is not original. The helm area is shaded by a Sunbrella bimini in good condition.

The isinglass is not currently on the boat and requires repair or replacement; however, the seller has the old pieces available to use as a template if desired.

Electronics

The helm is equipped with a full array of electronics, including redundant GPS systems featuring a Garmin GPSmap 541S and a newer Simrad screen with radar.

Engine and Deck Features

The twin Cat diesels include an oil change system for easy maintenance. The large bow deck features:

• Two Bowmar hatches
• A small bow sprit with two anchors
• A windlass
• A remote-controlled spotlight

Interior Layout

Descending two steps through the companionway from the cockpit leads to a spacious stateroom featuring L-shaped seating to starboard with a dinette table. The galley is located to port, separated from the stateroom by a standup bar. The galley includes:

• A 2-bay stainless steel sink with hot/cold pressurized water
• Numerous drawers and cabinets above and below the U-shaped galley
• A 2-burner stovetop
• A toaster oven included on the counter
• A microwave above
• A tile backsplash
• Two refrigerator/freezer units stacked on the starboard side

Sleeping Arrangements

The forward double berth features an island bed instead of a V-berth. The overhead hatch and numerous ports provide ample natural light and ventilation. The forward berth also includes:

• Storage drawers under the bed
• A hanging locker
• A separate direct door to the head

To port, aft of the galley, there is a double berth.

Head Compartment

The head features a separate shower compartment, a toilet, and a porcelain sink with hot/cold pressurized water. A storage cabinet is located under the vanity.
