This Houseboat has had major professional renovations and has beautiful cypress wood throughout. It is an open floor plan with a full-sized bathroom. It includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, a new refrigerator, propane stoves in the kitchen and upstairs, and hot water heaters. *A 1600 gallon freshwater cistern tank is on a separate fixed-pier which works very well. It is not integral to the houseboat. A 400 gallon aluminum freshwater tank is onboard. Its present location is on a lease in the Bayou Decade area in Southern Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. If you want to keep it in its present location, it requires a 12-month lease. The Houseboat has two Yamaha 115 outboard engines, a 60-gallon fuel tank, and all of the controls.
