Built for the current owners by RB Boatbuilding in Bristol, launched in 2017. She is a replica of a circa 1906 Bristol Channel Pilot Cutter.
She was taken straight to France by her owners and has been sailed along the French and Spanish coasts, mainly private sailing but she has done a small amount of work for the emerging sail cargo industry.

She was taken straight to France by her owners and has been sailed along the French and Spanish coasts, mainly private sailing but she has done a small amount of work for the emerging sail cargo industry.
Traditionally built hull and decks with a smart and very comfortable interior comprising a double aft cabin and 4 other single berths with 6’4” headroom in the saloon.
Nicely maintained with a full cover over the boat each winter, this is a very recent vessel in good sound condition according to her 2021 survey report.

Planked in 1.75” (45mm) pine planking fastened with bronze screws to sawn oak frames.
Oak frames of 2.5” x 5” are constructed of grown sections of oak in futtocks, fastened into pairs with large copper rivets.
Sawn oak floors across the centreline with throat bolts through each floor.
External lead ballast keel of 3.5 tons fastened with galvanised steel bolts. Internal ballast of lead and concrete of approximately 3 tons.
Solid Opepi straight laid deck screw fastened to the deck beams. Seams are caulked and payed with Sikaflex or similar. Seams recaulked and payed in November 2019.
Iroko coachroof coamings with a sheathed plywood coachroof deck.
Iroko butterfly skylight and forehatch.
Bulwarks all round set on oak stanchions mounted through the coverboard. Oiled oak capping rail.
Gaff cutter rig on a keel stepped hollow pine mast.
Varnished pine boom, gaff and bowsprit.
This is a pole mast with no fidded topmast.
Galvanised wire standing rigging to external galvanised chain plates.
Mainsail, topsail, staysail, jib and working jib all new in 2017 from Patrick Selman.
Traditional 3 strand running rigging with varnished ash blocks.
Beta Marine 35hp diesel installed new in 2017.
Centreline 2 blade bronze propeller gives 5 knots cruising speed.
Plastic fuel tanks with total capacity of 120 litres.
2 x 12 volt batteries charged from a solar panel, engine alternator or a 220 volt charger.
1 manual and 2 auto electric bilge pumps
1 double berth and 4 singles berths in a very smart interior. All berths a minimum of 6’5″ length.
6’7″ headroom in the saloon. 6’3″ headroom in the galley.
Steps down from the companionway with galley to port and chart desk to starboard.
Galley has a Neptune 4500 gas stove with oven and grill, porcelain sink with hot and cold pressurised water. Large amount of storage space around the galley.
Chart desk faces outboard with a pull out seat and electronic navigation instruments under the side deck.
Starboard side entrance into the aft cabin with a large double berth to port.
Main saloon has a settee berth and pilot berth to starboard with a centreline dropleaf table. Port side settee not used as a berth and a large storage space outboard under the deckhead.
Wood burning stove in aft corner of the saloon.
Port side doorway going into fore cabin with heads compartment to starboard
Heads has a manual Jabsco sea toilet with a black waste tank connected. Hand basin with hot and cold pressurised water.
Fore cabin has two single berths to starboard and storage space to port.
