The last of 7 boats known as the Landfall ketch, they were designed as comfortable yet capable passage makers and built to a high standard with good quality materials. She is not an old boat and has only had 3 owners, with a major refit in. Her cruising grounds have been the east coast, North Sea, English Channel and Northern France, but the Landfall has been proven as a good offshore boat for comfortable live aboard cruising and she could easily be taken further afield if desired. Of particular note is her shallow draft, at less than 5' she is able to access cruising areas off limits to most boats of her size. Long list of recent work done between 2017 and now, including replacement of some planking and decking due to fresh water ingress. A very comfortable and well found yacht with excellent pedigree and a well documented history of maintenance. Priced very low as the owner is moving abroad and needs the boat sold this summer.
