Marc Pinta - Pastorale 58

Built in France in 1988, by the renowned builder Chantier Marc Pinta, the Pastorale is one serious performance cruiser. Comfortable, yet very quick. You'll regularly see 240nm days on 'Pan'.

Superior construction, using only the finest materials and techniques, along with her first owner's desire for excellence, has resulted in an extremely well founded vessel.

Her current owner of 5 years, has been intimately involved in the marine industry for the past 40 years, both the captaining of large high end sailing vessels, as well as project managing and consulting on construction and refits. During his ownership of Pan, he has fastidiously and repeatedly gone over every inch of Pan, to ensure that all systems are operating at their peak. Wiring is top quality military spec, sea cocks are recent Marelon, bilges are bone dry and there is a workshop/technical room second to none, filled with tools of all kinds and spares too numerous to list!

She features a spacious galley and salon area, multiple fridges & freezer, 1200w solar array, wind charger, recent Lifeline batteries, water maker, multiple inverters, 3kw DC alternator, furling screecher, electro hydraulic winches, recent composite hardtop, dual complete B&G autopilots and so much more.

Her Ash joinery is original, yet has aged remarkably well, a testament not only to the care of her owners, but also to the skilled artisans who built her. Given her owner's penchant for functionality and for easy access to all systems, the previous vinyl liners have been removed in places, the GRP surfaces Awlgripped, and wiring neatly encased in wiring sleeves. The end result is a pleasing blend of warm wooden surfaces and functional simplicity.

Strong. Light. Fast. Comfortable. Quality. A serious long distance voyager with an excellent turn of speed. For more information, photos, etc., and to arrange a viewing of this fantastic vessel, contact Carl now.
