The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.
Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.
The history of this boat is very simple. the excavation/build was commissioned by the previous owner at the Feltz shipyard in Hamburg, with plans to travel around the world. In fact, the structural construction has been very accurate. subsequently all the decoration was made by a previous owner with great care, using first quality materials and accessories.
After the build competed the boat sailed in the north ocean and then brought to the Mediterranean to Trieste. for family reasons the previous owner has never travelled around the world. in 2012 I purchased the boat as new and I only sailed in Greece. Taking great care of its maintenance and improving quality with numerous accessories and equipment.
Listed below are the documents/or copies of what we have seen on listing this yacht.
