Cockpit 

Is spacious and clean.

Decking is teak effect, which is more environmentally friendly than using real wood and requires a lot less maintenance.

Cockpit lockers for rope storage & self-draining gas locker with bottle.

Under the deck is the life raft locker which is accessible from both sides to fit RORC rules. A 4-man life raft is included.

Cockpit helm positions 

Upgraded 5 spoke Carbon wheels set on Lewmar hub chain drive with Dyneema cable steering independent of each station but connected with an alloy tie bar for precise and enjoyable feedback when helming.

B&G plotters, autopilot controls & compass both sides. Twin winches with one electric upgrade each side, power control switching for winches, Morse engine controls and start panels upgraded. XX Spinlock clutches throughout. There is also a pair of socket seats for the helmsman that are removable for racing.

Saloon 

Contemporary interior syling with Bentley inspired upholstery cushions with storage underneath. Overhead light panels and mood lighting, passive ventilation system plus Lewmar deck hatches.

The table is set on an electronic telescopic leg. This lowers the table to make a third double berth or day bunk great for kids big and small to watch DVDs or TV which retracts into the unit for safe storage.

Houdini, twin aluminium and glass cockpit doors slide to create a large opening to the saloon

There is Flexi Teak 2G flooring throughout the interior. This has been sanded back and sealed to make cleaning easier.

The interior has been hard faired and spray painted to save weight – this distinguishes Dazcats from most others.

Galley

The half up galley provides a safe, spacious and comfortable working area that is easy to keep clean and well maintained. The galley positioning invites social interaction with the rest of the boat, and if on watch the 360 views of the exterior allow you to keep a close eye on things while making a cup of tea.

Port walkthrough 

Oilskin drying area in an open wet locker with heater. There is a further storage compartment in the port main beam. Inside this is also the 300ltr water tank with inspection hatch and level window.

Port navigation station and snug

Features a large two-part Navigation table moulded in polystone with storage trays underneath. Instrument panel has battery and pump switches, the murphy screen for the electrical node base electrical system for switching 12volt. 240volt power points, Sat phone, B&G plotter, vhf radio, master volt charging panel, twin red/ white shark lights, lighting, and led curtesy lighting,

Prismo has been serviced at the Multihull Centre each year apart from in 2019 when an extensive refit was done in Malta with new equipment fitted including: Air Conditioning, paintwork, antifoul, anodes, engines, sails, life lines, jib sheets, running rigging.
