This Dnieper is a professionally yard-built Tropic 1200. The hull is flame sprayed galvanized steel. Designed by a mixture of Joubert and Carroff and built by Dnieper, the French influence is pretty clear here putting this hull in the same category as the Ovni and Garcia type boats.

The hull is hard chined and designed with a flush deck, and has a hydraulically actuated centerboard.
