During her lifetime, she has been around the world and also in the Antarctic. She has undergone a refit in Orams Marine in New Zealand in 2005.

She has always been extremely well maintained and has just finished another refit: new paint job (superstructure, hull, mast, boom), all electronic systems have been upgraded, domestic equipment changed.
A second world tour was forecasted but the owner changed his plans and navigated in the Mediterranean during summer, and during the winter ACOA was maintained by a professional crew onboard. She is totally safe, reliable and seaworthy.
