The goal of the refurbishment was to go through every system on the boat to verify it functioned as designed so the boat could be operated reliably and safely. While every small detail is too great to document, this is a list of the major refurbishment items that were addressed:

• Hull was sanded down to the gel coat, two barrier coats applied and finished with two coats of SeaHawk Sharkskin black bottom paint.
• New 316SS metric prop shaft was installed.
• New 35mm Volvo shaft seal and cutlass bearing.
• Prop sanded down and two coats of Prop Speed applied to prop and shaft.
• Rudder dropped, bearings inspected, shaft inspected and all found to be in good condition.
• Steering chain replaced on both helms with new 316SS Tsubaki chain.
• Anchor chain removed from locker. Flaked our chain and marked every 10 feet. Windlass inspected, operated and found to be in good condition.
• All vertical Stanchions removed and resealed with mounting bolts tightened.
• Hull polished and waxed complete.
• Replaced 8 through Hulls with newer design valves.
• Replaced refrigerator water cooled condenser and through hull.
• Sink drain replaced.
• Yanmar 3 heat exchangers removed, pressure tested, cleaned and replaced.
• Max Power bow thruster inspected, wiring repaired and tested.
• Stbd aft electric winch motor replaced.
• All fairleads replaced.
• Sails removed, inspected by North sails, washed, new hanks on Staysail.
• New Selden 20 rodkicker boom vang.
• Removed 2 Suunto Compasses, installed new seals, oil, swung and calibrated.
• Replaced heater in Quick water heater to meet US electrical standards.
• Replaced all mattresses in forward and aft births, new linen and comforters.
• New radio and cockpit speakers.
• Replaced Raymarine C120 GPS in navigation station.
• Verified Radar works as designed.
• Installed NAVPOD and Raymarine E95 multifunction GPS at helm.
• Installed new Yanmar engine panel with VDO gauge.
• Installed new 316SS framing for new dodger and bimini.
• Replaced all hull striping.
