This vessel was SOLD on May 19. This 1988 Egg Harbor 37 Sportfish Convertible has a two-stateroom layout. This vessel would make a great liveaboard. The elegant forward master stateroom features a large Vee berth with lots of storage cabinets including a cedar hanging locker. There is an upgraded foam mattress which is quite comfortable. Coming aft to starboard is the guest stateroom which features over/under berths that have upgraded comfortable foam mattresses and a cedar hanging locker. And across the companionway is the head compartment with marine toilet, holding tank, vanity, and full-sized enclosed shower stall with a hot and cold pressurized water system. The head has adjoining doors: one to the main companionway and the other to the master stateroom. Step up the three steps is the galley on the port side with a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave, 3 burner electric stove and lots of storage cabinets with also counter with 2 bar stools for dining or socializing with the chef. The salon is roomy with L shaped sofa to starboard with a fold-out chair that together will sleep two more guests. There is also a fold-out coffee table which makes plenty of room for a lot of people to gather around for a meal or to play cards and still more storage areas. The current seller has added a new Bimini top. And the previous owner, a few years ago, also added new carpet, new blinds, a new refrigerator, a microwave, and a TV. Cable jacks included. Also included a DVD player and CD stereo. The salon has mood lighting and dimmer switches for lighting and double limo tint on windows to help keep the cabin cool. The engine access is nice as you don't have to move any furniture, just lift the hatch in the salon and step inside. On the deck, you are well prepared for a day of fishing with lots of pole holders, 2 captain chairs, and 2 outriggers. Fire Boy fire suppression system is located in the engine room. This 1987 Egg Harbor 37 has a pressurized freshwater system; recessed trim tabs; anchor w/chain and rode; compass; hydraulic steering, fresh/raw-water washdowns.
