Accommodation :
Accommodation
FORECABIN - There are two full length single berths (with a double berth infill optional) with storage lockers beneath. The chain locker is forward of the berths with an access trap fitted in the bulkhead. One opening port on each side of the coach roof. 2 berth lights on the bulkhead plus an overhead light. Panelled door to saloon. Ventilator to deck. Opening skylight hatch. Two small shelves at the head of each berth. There are two lockers aft of each berth, one is a hanging locker, the other has shelves for storage. Custom fitted memory foam mattresses.
TOILET   - The separate toilet compartment is to port with a large bowl Electric marine toilet and wash basin. The work surface in granite. Hot and cold water is supplied from the pressure pump. There is a shower operating from the mixer taps and a shower tray with a teak grating over which drains into the bilge sump. The following are also fitted: A locker outboard has shelves and slide opening Perspex doors. Fixed overhead light. Mirror over wash basin. Cup holder. Concealed toilet roll holder. One opening coach roof window. There is access from the toilet compartment to the engine room space via a sound proofed door.
Main Saloon
2 X Settees Port & Starboard with Trotter boxes and lockers and stowage outboard under the side deck. The settee can be used as a berth. There is stowage below with drawers and behind the settee back. The saloon table can extend aft. Reading lights are provided There are teak curtain pelmets and grab rails outboard. There are two opening windows in the coach roof and a ventilation hatch over.
Galley
The galley is to starboard in the saloon. It is fitted with: A 1 burner cooker a single  stainless steel sinks (one half size) supplied with pressurized hot and cold water from the pressure pump. Cupboards behind and outboard of the worktop which are fitted with smoked Perspex fronted sliding doors. Top opening refrigerator. Plate and cup storage. Drawers and lockers for food storage. Overhead vent. Overhead lights. Two opening windows and an opening hatch over. Granite work surfaces. Teak fiddle rails. Gas shut off valve adjacent to cooker.
Wheelhouse
The central steering position with Compass on main instrument console is in the wheelhouse with a helmsman’s seat. starboard side aft is a small seat with cushion. Chart storage is provided under the port settee. Fitted is the optional Vetus Clear Perspex wheelhouse skylight is fitted slide opening panel.


The specification is believed to be correct at the time of printing but the Builder reserves the right to make alterations without notice. Such alterations will not be considered applicable to yachts delivered. Construction contracts and terms of business are available for inspection on request.
 


Cockpit

The cockpit is an integral part of the GRP deck moulding. It is self draining through two 38 mm bore drains with valves at the hull. Hinged lockers are fitted in the seat tops to give access to the stowage lockers and the steering gear beneath. The gas locker is fitted in the cockpit coaming and is vented overboard. A slatted teak flooring is fitted on the sole.
Inventory :
Construction

The hull is a heavy-duty hand-laid GRP moulding, which includes a clear gel coat underwater. The cast iron ballast is encapsulated in the GRP keel and glassed over with further laminates to form an integral part of the hull structure.
The deck is a heavy-duty hand-laid GRP moulding. Plywood stiffening is incorporated in all horizontal areas. Heavily stressed areas are additionally reinforced. The deck is bonded to the hull.
 The bulkheads are laminated to the deck and hull resulting in a strong and integrated unit.
The cockpit is an integral part of the GRP deck moulding is self-draining through overboard drains.
A hatch is fitted in aft bulkhead to give access to stowage lockers.
A separate, drained gas locker is integral in the moulding in the starboard side of the seat.
Heavy double skin GRP bulwarks, incorporating the hull to deck joint, are an integral part of the deck and capped with 25mm thick teak. A teak rubbing strake and teak bulwark cladding are fitted. Teak is left treated with teak oil.
The hull and deck are moulded in white

Tanks

Diesel fuel: A single stainless steel tank complete with baffles of approximately 182 litres (40 gallons), below the cockpit sole. A fuel contents gauge is fitted in the instrument panel. The tank is vented overboard.
Fresh Water: One flexible tank approximately 100 litres (22 gallons) under the forward bunk.

Black Water holding tank 90 litres.

Plumbing

Cold and Hot water is supplied by a pressure system to taps at the galley sink, toilet and external showers.
 A manual bilge pump is fitted in the aft cockpit locker and is piped from the bilge sump to a hull discharge fitting.
Additional submersible electric pump fitted to engine room bilge.
All through-hull fittings are bronze and where below the waterline have seacocks or ball valves fitted.

Electrics

Two two heavy-duty 12V  batteries with isolator switches. On the port side of the engine room is a battery box.
Engine start x 1  Domestic system x 1, charging from the 125 Amp/Hr. engine driven alternator. 
Cabin lighting:- Two berth lights in the fore cabin; one overhead light in the toilet; two overhead lights in the saloon; two reading lights; two overhead light in the wheel-house and the galley. All interior lighting LED.
Courtesy step lights and LED strip lighting fitted to interior. Deck courtesy exterior lighting fitted to gunwale sides and cockpit.
Navigation lights: Port & Starboard navigation lights fitted in teak shield boxes on wheelhouse; stern light fitted on the pushpit; masthead all-round white light and steaming light.
Electrical provision for fitting of VHF. and GPS.
Solar panels fitted to the coachroof feeding Lithium Ion Batteries and control system. 

Deck Fittings

Stainless steel pulpit, pushpit and 6 stanchions with stainless steel wire (plastic sheathed) lifelines.
Heavy-duty stainless steel stemhead fitting incorporates forestay and headsail attachment points and anchor roller.
Large mooring cleat on the foredeck in specially reinforced area, two mooring cleats forward with fairleads and two bollards aft. Midship cleat fitted, headsail track through-bolted on the coaming.
Winches - 2 x Andersen sheet winches in the cockpit.
Spade anchor with 30metres 8mm calibrated chain fitted 30m rope/chain. Lewmar anchor electric winch. 
Teak fore and aft handrails on the wheelhouse roof.
Teak grating on the cockpit sole
Two stainless steel Dorade ventilators and two mushroom type vents. 

Interior

All the interior joinery is solid Ceylon teak and teak veneered plywood, galley and toilet top surfaces are in granite.

Coverings

All cushions are upholstered in blue high-grade fire retardant fabrics. Teak parquet floor deck is fitted on all cabin soles and wheelhouse floor.

Mechanical :
Engine

Yanmar 3YM30 3 cylinder, naturally aspirated, diesel propulsion engine developing 30 HP at 3,600 rpm with a swept volume of 1123 cc is complete with reduction gearbox. The engine is freshwater cooled and fitted with a water-cooled exhaust with water lock type silencer. The engine is mounted on anti-vibration mounts secured to a steel reinforced GRP engine bed, which is bonded to the hull.
A bronze stern tube with water lubricated cutlass bearing is fitted carrying a 1 inch diameter stainless steel shaft driving a fixed 3 bladed bronze propeller. A zinc sacrificial anode is fitted to reduce stern gear corrosion.
The engine is situated below the wheelhouse with access via lifting hatches in the wheelhouse sole. The engine space is soundproofed.

Steering gear

Wheel steering from the wheelhouse is linked to the rudder by a Vetus Hydraulic steering system.
The rudder is a GRP moulding with bronze pintles and stainless steel tiller hood.
