Owner’s comments:

When I bought this boat, I did so because it was in the best shape of any that I could find. It is better cruising shape now than when I bought it. She is a strong, clean and beautiful vessel. I have sailed her from Tacoma, WA, down the west coast, thru the Panama Canal and back up to Houston. Single handing her most of the way. She has kept me safe and comfortable throughout the journey. She is gentle and forgiving in heavy seas and a wonderful home to come back to at the end of a day ashore. I would not hesitate to load her up with friends and/or family and head anywhere in the world.

Equipment

Accommodations

Starting all the way forward, aft of the chain locker, there are 2 bunks to starboard with a work bench, upper cabinets and hanging storage to port.

Moving aft, starboard is the mid-berth area with a large twin/full bunk, upper cabinets and drawers over lower cabinets, washing machine and built in air compressor. To port is the forward head which can be accessed from either the mid-berth or the saloon. The head is comprised of a sink, marine toilet and separate, stand-up shower. The head area has a generous amount of storage area.

Continuing aft you enter the saloon featuring settees and full cabinetry on both port and starboard sides. On the port side is a beautiful antique wood/coal burning parlor stove. A smart TV is mounted on the forward, port side of the saloon on a swivel mount. The starboard settee pulls out into a generous twin berth when needed.

Moving aft from the saloon you step up two steps into the galley. The galley runs the full length on the starboard side. A large dinette, nav station and lower helm are located on the port side. There are cavernous lockers located behind and under the dinette seating areas. The house and engine start batteries, as well as the charger are also located under the dinette seating area. The nav station has a generous under-desktop storage area, a drawer under that sized for chart storage and a large storage area in the cabinet below. In the aft, starboard section of the galley are the companionway steps to the deck. There are storage areas built into the riser of each step.

Finally, in the aft of the ship is the master stateroom and head. The berth is full width and sized to allow sleeping in any direction. The stateroom is surrounded in teak cabinetry with two hanging lockers. The head, to port contains a sink and marine head.
